What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order products are not currently held in stock. You can place an order now — pre-orders typically dispatch in around 30 days, though timing is not guaranteed and can take up to 60 days. Prefer not to pre-order? Send us a message through the contact page with what you need and we can look at getting it in — we simply don't hold stock of every item.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over A$250 ship free with standard shipping. Standard is a flat A$12 (1 to 5 business days) and Express is A$20 (1 to 3 business days). Every parcel is tracked, and we deliver within Australia only.
How quickly are orders dispatched?
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within one to two business days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel ships.
