Pre-order products are not currently held in stock. You can place an order now — pre-orders typically dispatch in around 30 days, though timing is not guaranteed and can take up to 60 days. We accept direct bank deposit. Our bank details are shown as soon as you place your order and are emailed with your order confirmation. Use your order number as the payment reference and your order is dispatched as soon as payment clears, usually the same or next business day.

Yes — orders over A$250 ship free with standard shipping. Standard is a flat A$12 (1 to 5 business days) and Express is A$20 (1 to 3 business days). Every parcel is tracked, and we deliver within Australia only.

Yes — bundle pricing applies automatically at checkout across our research compounds: any 2 items 15% off, any 3 items 25% off, and any 4 or more items 30% off. Mix and match any compounds. Bacteriostatic water is a flat A$10 and is not included in bundle pricing.

In-stock orders are dispatched once payment clears, typically within one to two business days. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your parcel ships.
