All products sold by PEAK LABS are supplied strictly for legitimate, in-vitro laboratory research by suitably qualified researchers. They are research chemicals, not medicines, supplements, food or cosmetics.

Do not consume, inject, inhale, apply or otherwise administer any PEAK LABS product to humans or animals. Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind. They have not been evaluated or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) or any other regulator for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation or prevention of any disease or condition.

Nothing on this website, in our product descriptions, emails or certificates of analysis is medical, therapeutic, dosing or usage advice. Any information provided is for research reference only. If you have a health concern, consult a registered health practitioner.

Purchaser responsibility

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe a product may be used for any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research, including human or animal consumption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, PEAK LABS accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from the misuse of any product, including any use contrary to this notice.
