These terms of service apply to all purchases from PEAK LABS and to your use of this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Research use only
All products supplied by PEAK LABS are intended strictly for legitimate, in-vitro laboratory research by suitably qualified researchers. Products are not for human or veterinary use and must not be consumed, applied or administered to humans or animals. They are not therapeutic goods, and nothing on this website is medical, therapeutic or usage advice.
Eligibility
By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that products will be used solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes, and that you accept full responsibility for ensuring your purchase, possession and use of the products complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you and with any institutional requirements that apply to your research.
Product information
We take care to describe every product accurately, including the compound name, strength and stock or pre-order status. Information on this website, including certificates of analysis, is provided for research reference only. Product appearance may vary between batches.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Payment is by direct bank transfer; transfer details are provided when you place your order and in your order confirmation email. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order is confirmed and dispatched once payment clears. Orders unpaid after five business days may be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe products will not be used in accordance with these terms; any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded in full.
Pre-orders
Pre-order products are not held in stock. Pre-orders typically dispatch in around 30 days, however this timeframe is an estimate only, is not guaranteed, and can take up to 60 days. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch, and if your pre-order has not been dispatched within 60 days of payment clearing you may request a full refund at any time. Shipping
We deliver within Australia only. Rates, timeframes and our returns and refunds policy are set out on the Shipping and Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, PEAK LABS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of products contrary to these terms, including any use other than legitimate in-vitro laboratory research. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the relevant products or refunding the amount paid for them.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including the PEAK LABS name, logo, text and images, belongs to PEAK LABS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
